Job description :

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our partner specialized in the industrial sector. This person will be responsible for processing orders and maintaining strong customer relationships. This fully remote role requires managing various customer inquiries, providing product pricing, and delivery estimates efficiently. Candidates should possess solid product knowledge and excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders and returns.
• Provide prompt responses to inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
