Job description :

Our client, a leader in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of medical diagnostic products, is currently seeking an Account Manager for Eastern Canada. This role is primarily focused on selling and providing technical support for a comprehensive range of instruments and reagents to both existing and prospective customers. You will conduct tailored product demonstrations that address specific customer needs, while also preparing sales contracts, quoting prices, and managing credit terms.

In addition to sales activities, you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of method verifications for purchased instruments, assist customers with lot conversions, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain detailed customer relationship management (CRM) entries to effectively track interactions and market insights. The position also involves coordinating with the service department to resolve technical challenges, attending trade shows, and executing business plans for your territory. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing customer training, managing inventory levels, and updating product documentation.
