Are you dynamic and up for a challenge?  

Our client, a top supplier in Hydraulics Solutions, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position is 100% in-person in Montreal.

As their Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships but not limited to.

Key Responsibilities :  

• Provide total customer satisfaction through communication via phone and email
• Process, expedite, quote, troubleshoot and track sale orders for all products with emphasis on AC and DC power packs, and related service parts
• Handle customer concerns, complaints and needs
• Provide warranty, service, and repair/return information
• Request purchasing quotes internally and externally, process, send, track, and receive purchase orders
• Perform inventory checkups
• Perform duties related to packaging, scheduling, shipping, or receiving of products through parcel or freight transporters
• Operating a manual pallet jack or propane gas powered forklift to move products and load them onto transporter trucks

Skills and qualifications :

• Previous experience in Industrial Hydraulics sales, purchasing or maintenance preferred.
• Bilingualism is required (English and French, written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate and listen well to customers
• Must be able to perform warehouse physical duties such as lifting heavy boxes and processing shipments
• Priority will be given to candidates with training and experience driving a forklift
• Quebec experience required (Min 2 years )
