Their market is both here in Canada and in the United States. Under the Plant Manager, they are currently looking for a Day Supervisor.

Main responsibilities:

• Daytime Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:30 non-unionized environment.
• Comply with food safety standards (GMP).
• Ensure that production complies with quality standards and work to resolve non-conformance on his/her lines.
• Lead team meetings to communicate objectives, expectations and results.
• Ensure that objectives are met.
• Actively participate in employee development plan and team training needs.
• End-of-shift meeting with other supervisors.
• Health and safety is a priority within this company.

Skills and qualifications :

• 3 years' experience in a similar role as Production Supervisor Manager
• Mechanical, maintenance minded
• Bilingualism mandatory
• BAC is a considerable asset (operations management, industrial engineering, or similar)
