Salary: According to skills (Base + bonus up to 200K and more)

Job description

Our renowned customer in its market segment is looking for its new B2B Sales Director who will play a key role in the company's national & international growth objectives.

Your role:

  • Actively participate in strategic decisions as a member of the management committee.
  • Define and implement a sales strategy focused on expansion in North America and Europe.
  • Manage and structure a high-performance sales team, providing coaching and support.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead development to contract closure.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the manufacturing, automation, warehousing and logistics sectors.
  • Work closely with engineering, product and operations teams to propose solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Regular travel in the United States and Europe (15 to 25% of time).

Skills and qualifications :

  • Experience in B2B sales with a track record of success, ideally in manufacturing, automation or logistics.
  • Good understanding of technical products and ability to quickly learn the specifics of the solutions sold.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to structure and motivate sales forces.
  • Experience in North American and European markets, with the ability to adapt to different business realities.
  • Training in engineering, business administration or related field (MBA or advanced technical qualification an asset).
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools (e.g. HubSpot, Microsoft Office).
  • Availability for international travel (15-25%).
