Job description :

Our client, a global leader in food processing, is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Technician for a part-time position following a retirement departure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the receiving department to balance inventory.
• Follow up with suppliers' accounts to ensure compliance and timely payment updates.
• Reconcile supplier accounts with internal records and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized supplier accounts files for internal and external audits.
• Provide support during financial audits by ensuring the accuracy of documents and process compliance.
• Perform month-end reconciliations to ensure fair and transparent accounting practices.

Skills and qualifications :

• College diploma or university degree in accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing accounts payable
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and SAP software
