Job description :
Our client is a company specializing in industrial maintenance and hygiene services. They are looking for a new B2B Business Development Manager to actively develop new customers while proposing tender solutions.
Your role:
- Develop a portfolio of new customers through active prospecting right up to contract signature (complete management of the sales cycle).
- Select strategic tenders and optimize chances of success.
- Design and present proposals tailored to each customer's needs.
Working hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible working hours
Job location: Laval / Telecommuting / On the road - Flexible locations
Salary: 65-75k fixed + Commissions + Car allowance + Various Bonuses
Position type: Executive - permanent contract
Skills and qualifications :
- Bilingual French / English (asset)
- 3+ years experience in business development / sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Autonomous, highly motivated and results-oriented
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance and hygiene services (asset)
