The Clinical Sales Executive will sell clinical immunology and chemistry products to healthcare professionals by positioning the unique benefits of the company’s offerings. This field-based role involves using a consultative approach to address customer challenges and promote adoption of superior quality products. The candidate will represent advanced diagnostic systems, integrating hardware, software, reagents, and services, while demonstrating technical expertise and market analysis skills to grow market share.
Key responsibilities include new business development, identifying and targeting new opportunities, building market share, and accelerating growth by offering customized clinical solutions. The candidate will achieve sales targets, propose region-specific strategies, and provide customer-centric solutions. Strong focus will be on expanding market presence and developing insights from competitive analysis to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Skills and qualifications :
The ideal candidate should hold an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a life science field, with 5+ years of sales experience in diagnostics or medical devices. Expertise in healthcare systems and bilingual proficiency in English and French are essential. The candidate should excel in consultative sales, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate leadership potential with a proactive, self-driven approach.
