Job description

Our renowned customer in its market segment is looking for its new ERP Configurator to implement their new ERP in order to optimize daily process management.

Your role:

• Ensure connectivity between ERP and other existing systems, manage data migration and ensure consistency of IT architecture.
• Provide technical assistance to users and contribute to their training to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and processes to ensure proper transfer of information to IT teams.
• Monitor ERP developments and recommend optimizations to improve system performance and reliability.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business processes and translate them into appropriate ERP solutions.
• Parameterize and customize ERP to optimize its use, including workflow management and interface adjustments.
• Write technical specifications for developers and work with implementation partners to ensure effective integration.

Skills and qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years' experience in ERP configuration
• Experience with Cloud Suite Industrial (an asset)
• Experience in manufacturing (asset)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Bilingual French/English
