We are hiring for our partner, a leading manufacturer in construction products that are available at major retailers.

We're looking for a Field Service Representative to provide on-site technical support, training, and product demos for contractors, retailers, and end-users across Quebec. You'll play a key role in educating clients, resolving installation challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site training and product demonstrations.
• Support contractors and retail staff at stores.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and support sales efforts.
• Update CRM daily and share field insights with the sales manager.
• Attend trade shows and industry events.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor products.

Skills and qualifications :

• Experience in sales or construction
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Self-starter, able to manage your territory independently
