Job description :

Our client is a fast-growing Quebec-based company offering skin care, make-up, superfoods and home essentials.

They are looking for their new Social Media Manager oriented on trend tracking, analysis and strategy to join their team.

Your role:

• Collaborate with marketing and social network teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.
• Define and track KPIs, providing regular reports to management on the results of communication initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for press relations in Canada, anticipating reputational risks and proposing solutions.
• Reinforce brand visibility by amplifying messages and managing relationships with influencers, partners and media.
• Contribute to product launch strategies and ensure team cohesion around communications objectives.
• Design and implement the communications strategy on social networks, in partnership with the artistic direction, while writing the texts of the publications.
• Establish an active competitive intelligence of social and traditional media, analyze trends and write a monthly report with recommendations.
• Create creative briefs and coordinate deployment of marketing campaigns.

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Job location: South Shore/Montérégie - On site

Salary: 50-55k/year depending on experience

Skills and qualifications :

• University degree in communications or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in communications and marketing.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and complete projects to tight deadlines.
• You are recognized for your creativity, flexibility, ability to remain calm under pressure and team spirit.
• Bilingual, both spoken and written (French and English).
