Our client, a food processor located on the South Shore of Montreal, stands out for its commitment to providing high-quality products that meet the needs of its customers. They are currently seeking a motivated Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date client data in the CRM.
  • Forecast sales and prepare impactful presentations.
  • Prospect new clients in the sector using a strategic sales methodology.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competition and products.
  • Identify market influences and keep track of opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows to enhance visibility.
  • Support product development by proposing solutions based on client feedback.
  • Engage in project management with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of initiatives.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in business development in the food ingredients sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI
  • Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours for events
