Job description :

We are looking for an Industrial Electrical Foremanto join a dynamic and passionate team within a general contractor based in Montreal and surrounding area. This multidisciplinary company, specializing in construction and engineering, has extensive experience in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians on-site.
• Plan and organize electrical activities according to project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other trades and project managers.
• Inspect and approve materials and equipment needed for the work.
• Train and mentor team members to support their development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure installations meet compliance standards.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain communication with management.

Skills and qualifications :

• Diploma in Electricity or relevant training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical work
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and schematics
• Leadership, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
• Experience in Quebec required
