Job description :

Our client, a leading company in the agri-food sector, is undergoing a major organizational transformation following the expansion of its manufacturing facilities. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Management Controller to join their team, following an internal promotion. Ideally, the candidate will hold a CPA designation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Design and analyze performance dashboards and key metrics.
• Calculate cost prices and assess product profitability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze margins and establish pricing proposals.
• Reconcile and track billing related to raw material purchases.
• Manage the invoicing of shared services with business partners.
• Oversee and assess inventory valuation.
• Analyze the profitability of logistics and transportation operations.

Skills and qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost management in the agri-food industry.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and advanced analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and strong communication skills.
