Job description :

The Regional Inside Sales Specialist  is responsible for achieving revenue targets for assigned accounts. They execute the inside sales team strategies under the direction of the Inside Sales Leader.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, pursue, and close sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop strategies to revive dormant accounts and identify high-potential ones.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to unlock expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor customer spending and promote high-potential accounts to field coverage.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient in CRM tools and call automation platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, etc.).
  • Experience in customer service, advanced sales techniques, and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and time management skills.
