Job description :
The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing the activities of the external sales team while ensuring that their work complies with all company policies, procedures and rules.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach the outside sales team.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data including customer purchase history, competitive advantages, disadvantages and barriers, and market trends.
- Develop annual sales budgets that are tracked monthly and set course to ensure growth targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop market and customer-specific sales plans and strategies Perform or direct day-to-day administrative tasks related to inside and outside sales.
- Produce sales and product reports for management.
- Develop and monitor sales tools to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
- Select, train, motivate and direct the outside sales team and ensure their activities are in line with the sales department's objectives and strategies.
- Select and implement a CRM platform.

Skills and qualifications :
- BAC administration or marketing 5 years of experience in a similar role of management and sales administration
- Have relevant experience in construction at a manufacturer
- Bilingualism is essential
- Excellent organizational skills, management, leadership
