Job description :

Under the immediate supervision of the Engineering Department Manager, you will contribute by participating in plant equipment performance monitoring, improvement management and coordination of maintenance activities associated with integrity.

Responsabilities :

• Monitor and improve equipment performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage failure investigations to identify causes (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Maintain integrity program, plan inspections and supervise work.
• Support engineering and maintenance teams for continuous improvement projects.
• Participate in tender procedures and cost monitoring.
• Prepare documents for maintenance program (preventive/predictive) and commissioning.
• Provide technical support for operations and on-site support during construction work.

Skills and qualifications :

• University degree in mechanical engineering and OIQ membership
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role and sector
• Knowledge of analysis tools such as (RCFA, HAZOP, RCM, KPI's)
• Experience with condition-based maintenance and inventory management
• Fluent written and spoken French / English
• Ability to work as part of a team and to communicate with various hierarchical levels
• Ability to work with initiative and leadership
• Available for occasional travel in the U.S.
