Your Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute the growth strategy in partnership with the President.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities.
  • Supervise the sales team, distributors, and brokers.
  • Manage strategic client relationships and maximize their potential.
  • Introduce innovative new products and oversee their market launch.
  • Plan and optimize the distribution network.
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance.
  • Lead high-level negotiations and ensure follow-ups.
  • Coordinate commercial initiatives and promotional events.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and budgets with rigor.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales and customer service, ideally in the agri-food industry.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
