Job description :

The Territory Sales Manager represents the company to distributors, end users, and OEMs across Western Quebec and Northern/Eastern Ontario. The primary goal is to drive profitable sales growth in alignment with the company’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new customers
  • Plan and conduct client visits (end users, OEMs, distributors)
  • Train distributor sales teams and customer personnel on product offerings
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on quotes and resolve customer issues efficiently

Marketing & Product Management:

  • Develop cost-saving proposals for customers
  • Participate in industry events (trade shows, technical presentations)

Management & Relations:

  • Collaborate with senior management, customer service, and technical teams
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends

Skills and qualifications :

  • Experience: 5+ years in technical sales or engineering
  • Skills: Independence, communication, analytical mindset, knowledge of mechanical power transmission systems
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Mobility: Frequent travel with overnight stays required
  • This role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work under pressure.
