Job description :
The Territory Sales Manager represents the company to distributors, end users, and OEMs across Western Quebec and Northern/Eastern Ontario. The primary goal is to drive profitable sales growth in alignment with the company’s strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new customers
- Plan and conduct client visits (end users, OEMs, distributors)
- Train distributor sales teams and customer personnel on product offerings
- Ensure timely follow-ups on quotes and resolve customer issues efficiently
Marketing & Product Management:
- Develop cost-saving proposals for customers
- Participate in industry events (trade shows, technical presentations)
Management & Relations:
- Collaborate with senior management, customer service, and technical teams
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends
Skills and qualifications :
- Experience: 5+ years in technical sales or engineering
- Skills: Independence, communication, analytical mindset, knowledge of mechanical power transmission systems
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Mobility: Frequent travel with overnight stays required
- This role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work under pressure.
