Job description :

Our client is seeking an Account Executive responsible for achieving/exceeding quota in a geographically defined territory for the Breast & Skeletal Division’s. The account executive will drive territory growth by defining business plans and selling across the portfolio of new and existing products and services. This role will also build strong relationships with team members and customers – working to uncover and create needs with our client unique value proposition. This role will win with a customer focus, a sense of urgency and the ability to navigate complex and competitive customers’ opportunities.

  • Develop and execute strategic, and tactical territory sales plans, including business reviews, education and events plans
  • Provide and achieve sales forecast objectives for all products, including capital equipment and related disposables for the Breast Screening and Diagnostic product lines.
  • Present and successfully sell the company’s value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop trusted advisor level relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
  • Share and action market feedback relative to competitive landscape, customer trends and products
  • Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze, track activity and provide accurate forecasts
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records relative to all account activity
  • Leverage internal resources across Sales, Clinical, Technical, Marketing and Service teams to optimize customer experience
  • Build a winning team around the customer – needs the customer have and needs we create
  • Self-accountable and fulfills commitments
  • Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, competition, products, marketing practices and customer satisfaction. Submit special reports regarding operation of the territory, product acceptance, and specifications, or competitive activity.
  • Attend all corporate training, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development courses

Skills and qualifications :

  • B.A/B.S from an accredited university or college in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience in Diagnostic Imaging or in healthcare related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM (Salesforce.com a plus)
