Job description :

Under the supervision of management, the Injection/Laser Doctor' Assistant is responsible for welcoming customers and preparing them for treatment. She assists the doctor and follows up with customers after treatment.

Doctor' assistant - Injections and lasers

Main responsibilities :

• Welcoming customers and preparing them for treatment:
  • Prepare room, work tools, daily plan and client files in advance.
  • Greet clients and verify treatment plan.
  • Prepare clients before treatment.
  • Take customer photos.
• Administrative follow-up:
  • Follow up with customers by telephone after treatment.
  • Set up reminders in the system to track treatments over time.
  • Assist reception with customer reception and administrative tasks.

Medical technician

Under the supervision of the clinic manager, the medical technician performs medical-aesthetic treatments according to the company's service offering, advises customers and helps sell products according to associated needs. She also carries out post-treatment follow-ups on the treatments and products sold and may, on occasion, offer personalized consultations.

Main responsibilities:

• Carry out treatments according to company protocols and standards.
• Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the Director.
• Re-evaluate this plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up according to identified needs.
• Advise customers on the beauty routine to adopt in conjunction with the range of products offered in the clinic.
• Perform post-treatment follow-ups as required.
• Follow up with customers to renew products.
• Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty and trust.
• Perform occasional full consultations in support of the Clinic Manager.
• Perform all other duties related to the position.

Skills and qualifications :

Qualifications and work experience required:

• High school diploma required.
• Nursing diploma would be an asset.
• At least five (5) years' experience in a similar position in the medical or aesthetic field.
• Spoken and written languages: fluent in French, English is an asset.
