Our partner, a recognized leader in Canada's construction industry, is looking for a senior recruitment consultant to add to its team. Mission:
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, as Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to integrating talent.
- Collaborate with managers to identify their specific needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure regular follow-up on recruitment progress.
- Ensure deadlines are met and optimize the process by identifying obstacles and proposing effective solutions.
- Provide strategic advice based on market trends and best practices.
- Write and disseminate impactful advertisements on relevant platforms to attract the right profiles.

Skills and qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years' experience in talent acquisition
- Recruitment experience in the construction industry (strong asset)
- Degree in human resources management or business
- Excellent communication skills and bilingualism required
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Sense of initiative and results-oriented approach
